By simply eating whatever I wanted in the proper portions. I had recently gained the weight (after a few weeks of anxiety issues), and it’s not hard to lose weight that you’ve recently gained. <3

-vanilla frozen yogurt with chocolate chips

-chocolate chip cookie
-chocoloate chip cookie ice cream sandwich
Exercise:
-none
In 3 days, I’ve managed to lose over 10 lbs! I went from 123.2 on monday morning to 112.8 this morning! So happy! I’m back down to a comfortable weight and just in time for my birthday celebrations this weekend! <333

-none (too much homework and therapy = no time, but I worked out yesterday. I will for sure tomorrow!)
I don’t think I really did a good job of explaining myself or really listing all of my symptoms. idk. I’m supposed to fill out these check lists, so maybe that will give a better idea. I definitely left out a bunch of stuff because I couldn’t think of it at the time or I didn’t know how to explain it. :/
Guys, I have my first therapy session tomorrow, and to say that I’m feeling a little anxious about it is an understatement. What should I expect to happen at the first session? I have no idea what it’s going to be like, and the uncertainty is so anxiety provoking! Help!?
