From shortandsmall to thinandtoned! <3
I will support you no matter what, but I suggest that you think about what you’re saying before you give anyone any advice. Make sure that any unhealthy advice given is being given to someone who already has a disorder not to someone who is just looking to lose weight. Eating disorders are not something to be proud of, but they’re not something to be ashamed of either. I hope you all get the help that you need someday! <3
I’m not really a fan of starting chains, but I really need to find more healthy girls to follow. So please reblog if you’re healthy or trying to become healthy. <3
JUST sent you a message! haha I love when that happens! <3
First of all, I really admire you for having the courage to get out of your disordered habits before it’s too late. I sincerely applaud you for that, and your body will thank you in the long run.
Anyways, disordered eating habits are a mindset. I’ve been there; I know. You think that if you start eating more calories that you’ll gain weight, and you desperately don’t want that because you’re finally starting to like your body more than you ever have. At the end of the day, though, unhealthy habits will cause you to gain weight. Sure, you’ll lose weight to a point until you can’t take eating very few calories a day or you end up in a hospital. Either way, you’ll gain weight. The best thing to do is to remind yourself every time you go to eat that if you don’t eat enough, you’ll end up gaining the weight back. It’s how I’m able to prevent myself from falling back into those habits. I lost 30 lbs the unhealthy way when I was 14, and I ended up gaining it all back. I don’t want that to happen again, and I know the only way to keep the weight off is the healthy way. Once you’re past the mindset and you’re eating more calories, I suggest working your way up to a healthy amount as to prevent yourself from any major gain. I’d suggest increasing your intake by 100 every week until you’re eating 5-6 small meals a day totaling up to 1200-1500 calories (I suggest eating more than this if you’re an athlete or plan to vigorously work out at the gym). It’s best to plan out your meals and exercise the night before to make sure you’re getting the right amount of calories each day until you’ve reached your goal or you’re comfortable enough to not need a plan. :)
I really hope this helped, and I wish you the best of luck in overcoming your disordered eating habits. I’m here if you ever need any more advice or just someone to vent to. <3
It is absolutely 100% wrong and irresponsible to give girls tips about how to develop an eating disorder, especially very young girls! I would have expected better from the weightloss community! I am really disgusted and outraged by what I have seen today!

In other news, just finished working out and about to go eat dinner! :)
January 2011
An hour on the treadmill (pure bliss) and a delicious dinner! What more could I ask for?
No problem and thank you too! <33
Aw, thank you! You’re so sweet! I definitely need some motivation, so thank you for taking the time to write this! <3
I finished Spanish and Medieval History homework, my two most time consuming assignments! I now just have to study for my math quiz (an hour tops), and read for Psych and English (which can be done right before bed)! I’m psyched! I might be able to eat on time when I thought there was no hope of that! I can work out for an hour at 6 and eat at 7:15! yayayayayay! :)
Answering questions and eating a snack now! <3
Then I’ll study for math and work out!
I will often eat soft-serve vanilla ice cream or vanilla frozen yogurt for a mid-morning snack during my scheduled lunch time at school. I’m absolutely obsessed with it, and eating it once a day satisfies my sugar craving and keeps me from binging. It’s something I really enjoy and will not take out of my diet even if it’s a bit unhealthy. On the other hand, when I do eat this as a mid-morning snack, I will only eat fruit as a dessert after dinner instead of anything more unhealthy. It’s good to treat yourself, and the professionals say that it’s better to eat 80% well everyday than to eat 100% well some days and 0% well other days! :)
I’m going to shut off tumblr to keep from getting distracted. I’ll return for a bit when I finish my most time consuming assignments and eat my late-afternoon snack. <3
- I’m so bloated. I look like a whale even though I’ve been eating great and working out for 3 days now.
- I just got my period today.
- I have so much homework tonight.
- I won’t be able to get on tumblr much today!
Messages would seriously cheer me up! <3
Until then, leave me endless messages! <3
Seriously, though, I love messages and would love to answer some!

It might be because I chugged two bottles of water or because my period is due any day now. :/
The main thing it supposedly does is speed up your metabolism. I say supposedly because I’ve yet to know anyone who has seen a drastic increase in their metabolism just from drinking green tea. Also, you have to drink A LOT of it to actually see any difference at all. One or two glasses a day isn’t enough. I don’t really believe in it, to be honest. If you want to speed up your metabolism, your best bet is to eat small meals frequently and to do at least 30 minutes of light exercise everyday.
I absolutely love the taste of tea, so I drink at least one glass a day. I don’t drink it to boost my metabolism but because it’s the one flavored drink with no calories and no chemicals! :)
Anorexic tendencies in 8th grade and undiagnosed obsessive compulsive disorder. I’m not completely over the latter yet, but I’m so much better than I was a year ago or even a few months ago! :)
Yum! <3
I love answering questions especially from my sweet anons. <3
I let myself get too hungry before I had my snack, and I was so close to eating a ton. Instead, I had an apple. :)
haha no! I love all of my followers regardless of how random they are! :)
I actually JUST posted in your ask too, so we must think alike! <3
SHORT GIRLS FOR THE WIN!
Anyways, good luck with your weightloss and getting your teaching degree!
Aw, you’re welcome!
I just kept reading your posts, and I felt like you needed some encouragement! I truly believe everything I said, and I think tomorrow will be much better! <3
